Winterbourne presents a day of talks and more, celebrating  lettering and type and is pleased to be welcoming:

Lynne Baggett of Louisiana State University talking about gravestone lettering styles. 

Mark Noad of the Lettering Arts Trust talking about contemporary wood blocks and lettering artists.

and David Osbaldestin from Birmingham City University sharing his love of typography.

The programme will include opportunities to visit the Typographic Library housed at Winterbourne, see and handle items from the Winterbourne collection hand-picked by our curator, and watch historic printing presses in action in the Winterbourne Press. 

The ticket price (£75) covers a sandwich packed lunch and self serve drinks throughout the day.
